摘要
在实地调查基础上,基于计划行为理论构建了大学生村官离职行为模型,并对模型展开验证研究。结果表明:大学生选择做村官最初始的动机直接决定了其后期是否选择离职;工作满意度对离职行为的直接作用并不显著;社会网络对离职行为具有显著正向作用,同时还在满意度影响离职行为的过程中起到调节作用,是大学生村官是否选择离职的外在条件和突变因子。
Based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and field surveys, college-graduate village officials' voluntary turnover behavior model is constructed and validated. The result showed that : college students' initial motivation to be village officials directly determine their voluntary turnover behavior; job satisfaction has no direct effect on turnover behavior; Social network has a significant positive effect on turnover behavior, and act as a manipulated variable in the process of job satisfaction affect turnover behavior. Thus, social network is the external conditions and the mutation factor of college-gradu- ate village officials' voluntary turnover.
