腹部B超在健康人群体检中的作用与临床研究

Role and Clinical Study of Abdominal B Ultrasound in the Physical Examination of Healthy Population

目的:观察和分析腹部B超在健康人群体检中的作用以及临床效果。方法:选择2011年1月至2012年1月在上级医院接受体检的800例健康人群为研究对象,回顾性分析所有体检人员的腹部B超检查临床资料,总结腹部B超检测对健康人群体检的临床应用价值。结果:腹部B超结果显示,所有体检人群中,有230例发现有病变情况,占总数的28.75%。其中检出率较高的腹部疾病包括肾囊肿、肾结石、胆囊结石、脂肪肝、以及胆囊息肉等。结论:腹部B超在健康人群体检中的临床诊断价值显著,能有效诊断出早期腹部疾病,且B超诊断操作简单、无创伤性、检查时间短,对患者的疾病诊断准确率高,容易被患者接受,在临床诊断中值得推广应用。
