本文旨在创新性提出一种综合性的本科生导师制运行模式——MARCH模式,即在品德教育、服务全程化、科研实践、沟通联络、家文化塑造等五大方面做工作,将思想教育和专业教育相结合,课堂教育和课外教育相结合,共性教育和个性教育相结合,严格管理和亲情感化相结合,增强学生工作的针对性和前瞻性,增强教育工作的渗透性和实效性,增强大学生思想政治教育的亲和力和感染力,为高校培养研究型、应用型、创新型人才发挥积极的促进作用.

This thesis aims to put forward a new kind of comprehensive undergraduate tutorial system , which gives due consideration to the following five aspects：moral conduct , all the way guidance , research practice , com-munication bridged by new media and home culture .It not only combines moral education and professional educa-tion together but also combines class education and extracurricular education together .What’s more, it takes both general education and individual education into account and considers both strict management and family affection . It not only enhances the pertinence and perspectives of student work , but also enables education to be more pene-trating and efficient.In addition, it can endow the ideological and political education of university students with more endearing and infectious characteristics .What mentioned above can promote the cultivation of research tal-ents, practical talents and innovative talents in universities .
