SKI-400H型二乙苯异构化催化剂的工业应用

Industrial Application of SKI-400H Catalyst for Diethylbenzene Isomerization

介绍了中国石化石油化工科学研究院为增产对二乙苯(PDEB)而开发的SKI-400H型二乙苯异构化催化剂在中国石化扬子石油化工公司PDEB生产装置上的工业应用情况。工业应用标定结果表明,SKI-400H型催化剂具有活性和选择性高、开工过程简单的特点。在反应温度321℃、反应压力1.1 MPa、氢烃摩尔比6.4、重时空速1.5 h-1的条件下,SKI-400H型催化剂的二乙苯异构化活性为27.28%,二乙苯收率为97.16%。与传统二甲苯异构化催化剂相比,SKI-400H型催化剂适宜在较低的温度和空速、较高的压力和氢烃比条件下运行。

The industrial application of SKI-400H catalyst for the diethylbenzene isomerization in the p-diethylbenzene（PDEB） plant of Yangzi Petrochemical Company was introduced. The results indicated that the SKI-400H catalyst had several outstanding characteristics, namely high activity, high selectivity and simple starting-up. The isomerization activity and diethylbenzene yield over the SKI-400H catalyst were 27.28% and 97.16% under the conditions of temperature of 321 ℃, pressure of 1.1 MPa, hydrogen/hydrocarbon mole ratio of 6.4 and WHSV of 1.5 h-1. Compared to a conventional catalyst for the xylene isomerization, the SKI-400H catalyst is suitable for operation under the conditions of lower temperature and WHSV, and higher pressure and hydrogen/hydrocarbon ratio.
