Study of Processing of Thin-walled Aluminum Alloy Parts in Tobacco Packaging Machine

在烟草包装机组中铝合金零件是重要的组成零件之一,近年来随着烟草包装机经历了由低速机→中速机→高速机→超高速机的发展过程,铝合金零件越来越多,特别是铝合金薄壁零件的加工,通过辊类零件的原材料热处理、粗加工及热处理,精加工及热处理,通过消除残余应力,分析总结出一套加工方法,有效地解决了该类薄壁零件加工变形的问题。

In folding system of tobacco packaging machine,one of the most important parts is the aluminum alloy part.In recent years,tobacco packaging machine goes through the development process from Low-speed machine to hyper-speed machine.There is more and more the aluminum alloy parts in machine,especially aluminum alloy thin-walled part.Through several processing and measuring methods,such as hot process and residual stress relieving,this paper sums up the method of solving the problems of this type of machining deformation.
