摘要 以某直列六缸发动机曲轴系为研究对象,通过多体动力学非线性分析的方法对该轴进行了振动研究。采用三维设计软件UG对发动机曲轴系统进行了结构设计,在机械仿真软件ADAMS和MATLAB环境中搭建了发动机曲轴系统的虚拟样机模型和控制系统模型。具体分析了气缸活塞位移、速度及加速度的运动规律,以及气缸侧压力和曲轴销受力情况;同时对作用在曲轴上的转矩进行了分析。结果表明采用虚拟样机技术可提高发动机曲轴系统的设计水平和设计效率,同时对提高发动机整机性能也有一定的参考意义。 This paper takes an inline six cylinders engine as the object of study and through analysis of its crankshaft dynamic nonlinearity,researches on the vibration of the crank train.It also designs the structure of a diesel engine crankshaft,using UG software,establishes the virtual prototype and control system models,using the ADAMS and MATLAB software,discusses the kinematics and dynamics in detail,analyzes the laws of the motion,including its displacement,velocity and acceleration and the pressure in the cylinder wall and the force acting on the crankpin.It also discusses the torque on the crankshaft.The simulation results show that the design level and the design efficiency of the diesel engine crankshaft system can be improved using the virtual prototype technology,and the characteristic of engine can also be enhanced to a certain extent.
