摘要
基于三维软件Pro-E,建立了1.5MW风力发电机行星轮系传动系统模型,并导入ADAMS进行刚体动力学仿真,通过接触力比较得知太阳轮易受损,通过ANSYS模态分析,得到其前十阶固有频率,为今后齿轮箱动态特性研究提供数据基础。
A three-dimensional model of planetary gear transmission in 1.SMW wind turbine generator is established,based on ProE,and this model is converted to ADAMS for the dynamic simulation.By comparison with the contact gear ratio,it is found that the central gear is vulnerable.With the Modal Analysis of ANSYS,the first ten natural frequencies are gotton.These provide the data basis for researching on the dynamic characteristics of the gear box in the future.
