摘要
ZPSG-300/1.672辅助变压器属于浸渍式干式变压器。器身制造完成后,需整体进行绝缘漆浸渍处理。分析了影响辅助变压器绝缘浸渍品质的因素,探讨了辅助变压器的绝缘漆浸渍与烘焙新工艺。采用新工艺大幅提升了该产品的品质及生产效率。
ZPSG-300/1.672 auxiliary transformer belongs in the impregnated dry-type transformers.It needs taking whole insulating paint dipping treatment after the completion of its body.This paper analyzes the factors of influence on the impregnating varnish quality of this auxiliary transformer and discusses.The new technique the impregnating and baking insulating varnish.This new process is used to greatly improve the product quality and production efficiency.
