工程机械配套使用植树挖坑机技术研究

Research on Transformation Plan of Engineering Machinery Supporting the Use of Digging Machine

通过对鄂尔多斯地形特点和任务需求的分析,研究了植树挖坑机和军用工程机械的选用条件,确定了以TY160型推土机为配套使用植树挖坑机的改造对象。根据植树挖坑机的工作要求,研究提出了挖坑机安装、液压动力输出和挖坑机作业控制的技术方案。该研究可为植树造林任务重的地区提供一种配套使用植树挖坑机的新方法和思路,有效提高植树造林的工作效率。

By analyzing the terrain characteristics of Erdos and afforestation task requirement,this paper makes a study of the selection condition of digging machine and military engineering machinery,and takes the TY160 type bulldozer as the object of reforming the digging machine and according to its work requirements,proposes the technology scheme of its installation,hydraulic power output and operation control.A new method and the idea of supporting its use are provided for the area with heavy afforestation task and improving the working efficiency.
