摘要
本文介绍了一种用肝素对尿激酶进行化学修饰的方法,以改善其稳定性。经肝素修饰的尿激酶对蛋白酶有较强的抗水解能力,对热及pH亦具有较强的稳定性。肝素修饰尿激酶比活为1.25×105u/mg,分子量为58kDa。该修饰法获得的尿激酶半衰期明显延长,可大大提高其临床疗效。
The artical introduced a new method of Superoxide dismutase modified with heparin to improve its stability. The heparin-urokinase show breater resistance to pepsin degradation,enhanced heat and pII changes. The fatty acid-urokinase is 1.25×10^5u/mg, protein MW 5.8×104d, The heparin-urokinase was significantly prolonged in vivo half-life, can improve the clinical efficacy.
