新生代农民工体育的特征与权益保障研究——基于甘肃省定西市安定区新生代农民工体育调查分析

Sports Features of the new Generation of Migrant Workers and the Guarantee of the Rights of ――Based on the Generation of Migrant Workers Anding District of Dingxi City Sports Survey Analysis

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,对甘肃省定西市安定区新生代农民工体育特征及权益保障的问题进行研究。研究表明,新生代农民工体育的特征主要表现在体育活动的基础性、动机多元性、内容多样性、消费积极性和权益的边缘性;由于政府体育管理缺位相关社会保障制度的缺失,新生代农民工体育权益得不到根本保障,从而制约着新生代农民工体育的发展。

Use of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics method, Anding District of Dingxi City, the new generation of features and guarantee of the rights of migrant workers sports research studies have shown that the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers sports performance in sports activities on the basis of, motivation, diversity, content diversity, consumer enthusiasm and interest in the edge; lack of social security system due to the absence of government sports management, not fundamental guarantee generation of migrant workers sports interests, thereby restricting the generation of migrant workersthe development of the sport.
