经鼻内镜联合下鼻道进路手术治疗真菌性上颌窦炎的疗效分析

Endoscopic Sinus Surgery Through the Approach Combine with Inferior Nasal Meatus for Fungal Maxillary Sinusitis

目的:探讨经鼻内镜联合下鼻道进路手术治疗真菌性上颌窦炎的疗效。方法:对35例真菌性上颌窦炎患者采取经鼻内镜联合下鼻道进路手术,术中彻底清除病变。结果:随访1年,33例(94.3%)患者痊愈,术腔上皮化良好。结论:经鼻内镜联合下鼻道进路手术治疗真菌性上颌窦炎,损伤小,能彻底清除病变,疗效可靠。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery through the approach combine with inferior nasal meatus in the treatment of fungal maxillary Sinusitis.Method：35 patients were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery through the approach combine with inferior nasal meatus. The lesions were removed completely.Result：The clinical cure rate was 94.3%after one year.The surgical cavitys epithelization were well.Conclusion：Endoscopic sinus surgery through the approach combine with inferior nasal meatus in treatment of fungal maxillary sinusitis is reliable and minimally invasive,which can remove the lesions completely.
