论群众体育发展中的非正式体育组织

Discussion on the Informal Organization in the Development of Mass Sports in China

群众体育是我国体育事业的重要组成部分,在新时期体育的和谐发展中扮演着重要角色。近些年我国的群众体育虽然有所进步,但是发展困境依然存在,其中有诸多的制约因素。本文以组织建设为视角,从群众体育领域中的非正式组织入手,通过分析非正式组织的形成原因、分类等因素,探析如何合理引导、利用群众体育中的非正式组织,积极促进群众体育的发展。

As an important part of sports undertakings in China , mass sports play an important role in the development of sports.In recent years, although mass sports in China has made some progress, but the development difficulties still exist, of which there are many constraints.This paper, based on the perspective of organization building, starting from the informal organization in mass sports , analyzes the causes and classification of the informal organization, explores how to use the informal organization in mass sports, and promotes mass sports development.
