考虑系统运行状态转变的变电站内STATCOM与VQC协调控制研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对传统变电站电压无功控制(voltage quality control,VQC)存在变压器分接头和电容器组投切频繁以及电容器投切对系统电压造成一定的冲击等问题,将动态无功补偿源——静止同步补偿器(static synchronous compensator,STATCOM)加入变电站电压无功调节控制中。提出基于本地信息的系统状态辨识方法,实现考虑系统运行状态转变的变电站内STATCOM与VQC协调控制策略,协调有载调压变压器分接头、电容器组与STATCOM的运行。并利用BPA仿真软件对此策略下STATCOM装置在变电站的应用效果进行研究。仿真结果表明:STATCOM与VQC协调配合对改善变电站稳态、暂态运行均有明显效果,能有效减少变压器分接头和电容器的投切次数,2台主变压器均配置STATCOM的效果要好于1台主变压器配置STATCOM的情况。 Aiming at problems of transformer tapping point in voltage quality control,frequent switch of capacitor bank and certain impact on system voltage by capacitor bank,this paper discusses join-in of static synchronous compensator in voltage quality control for substation.It proposes a discrimination method for system state based on local information in order to re-alize coordinated control strategy for STATCOM and VQC in substation and coordinate operation of tapping point of the on-load tap changing transformer,capacitor bank and STATCOM.By using BPA simulation software,it studies application ef-fectiveness of STATCOM device in substation.The simulation result indicates coordination of STATCOM and VQC is of ob-vious effectiveness for improving steady state and transient operation of the substation and decreasing switch times of tapping point of the transformer and capacitor.In addition,it proves better effectiveness of arranging STATCOM for two main transformers than only arranging STATCOM for one main transformer.
