摘要 从需求现状和技术能力的角度分析中新广州知识城(以下简称"知识城")智能用电规划建设的必要性、可行性和目标,引入"三表集抄"、"四网融合"的理念,并将电动汽车充换电服务、分布式多能源发电并网平台和供需双向互动服务体系纳入智能用电规划建设中,指出智能用电建设应与城市建设同期规划、分步建设,合理预设线路。通过智能用电效用分析,说明知识城在广州市率先启动智能用电模式,将在提高供电可靠性和能源利用率等方面起到良好的示范作用,推动广州市智能电网的建设和发展。 From the angle of demand status quo and technical capacity,this paper analyzes necessity,feasibility and target of intelligent use of electricity planning construction in Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City(thereafter as SSGKC).It in-troduces idea of “three table set copy”and“four grids fusion”.Meanwhile,it brings charge in the electric service for electro-mobile,distributed multi-energy generating and grid-connection platform and supply and demand bilateral interaction service system into intelligent use of electricity planning construction.It points out it is ought to carry out same time planning,sub-step construction and reasonable preinstall lines for intelligent use of electricity with city construction.By analyzing utility of intelligent use of electricity,it states that the first startup of intelligent use of electricity mode of SSGKC in Guangzhou is probable to play an example role in improving power supply reliability and energy use and driving construction and develop-ment of smart grid in Guangzhou.
