摘要
针对目前很多控制器在处理速度、电路板抗干扰、采样数据精度等方面存在一些问题,根据项目开发经验,从处理器选型、电路板优化、数据采样、按键中断设计、液晶显示、晶闸管触发驱动等方面对磁控电抗器控制系统的设计进行优化,提出提高其可靠性的实用措施,并对这些措施的可靠性进行仿真验证。结果表明,优化后的磁控电抗器线电压采样波形完整,噪声大大减小,过零信号精确,对应的触发角精度也得到较大的提高。
Aiming at problems of several processors including processing speed,anti-interference of circuit board and preci-sion of sample data,this paper discusses optimization for design of magnetic controllable reactor control system in aspects of selection for the processor,optimization of circuit board,data sampling,break-off design for the key,liquid-crystal display and trigger drive of the thyristor according to project development experiences.It proposes practical measures to improve re-liability and proceeds simulation verification for these measures.The result indicates that sampling waveform of the line volt-age of optimized magnetic controllable reactor is complete,noise is greatly reduced,zero passage signal is precise and preci-sion of corresponding trigger angle is improved.
