采血针头粗细对动脉血气分析结果的研究

目的采血针头粗细对动脉血气分析结果的影响。方法选用2010年12月至2011年6月期间100例重症监护室内的无桡动脉血液循环障碍的肿瘤患者,专人先后于同侧桡动脉采用粗细不等的两种X厂家动脉采血针分别采集动脉血。结果采用粗细两种针头采血的pH、PCO2、PO2、LAC和BE值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针头粗细对血气分析结果无影响。
