摘要 目的探讨血液储存时间对红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法对52份无偿献血标本进行检测,观察采集标本第1天、第14天、第28天RBC-C3b、RBC-IC、RBC-SOD及IL-8等指标变化情况。结果第14天和第28天RBC-C3b、RBC-SOD均较第1天明显降低(P<0.05),RBC-IC、IL-8较第1天明显升高(P<0.05);第28天RBC-C3b、RBC-SOD均较第14天明显降低(P<0.05),RBC-IC、IL-8较第14天明显升高(P<0.05)。结论输血血液储存时间越长,其红细胞免疫功能越低,临床应用时应尽量选用储存时间较短的血液。 Objective Discuss the effect of blood storage time on erythrocyte immune function. Method 52 samples of blood donation were tested. Samples were observed on the 1st, 14th, 28th days in terms of RBC-C3b, RBC-IC, RBC-SOD and IL-8. Results The values of RBC-C3b and RBC-SOD were rather lower on the 14th and 28th days than on the 1st day (P&lt;0.05), while the values of RBC-IC and IL-8 were greatly higher than on the 1st day (P&lt;0.05). The values of RBC-C3b and RBC-SOD were obviously lower on the 28th day than on the 14th day (P&lt;0.05), while the values of RBC-IC and IL-8 were obviously higher than on the 14th day (P&lt;0.05). Conclusions If the storage time of the transfuse blood increases, the erythrocyte immune function will diminish. Thus, blood with a short period of storage is a chief choice for clinical use.
