摘要
目的考察芪芍抗毒颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法通过正交实验,以干膏收率和黄芪甲苷提出量为指标,考察了加水量、提取时间、提取次数、提取温度等因素的影响。结果芪芍抗毒颗粒的最佳提取工艺为加水10倍,100℃煎煮3次,每次2h。结论最佳工艺稳定,适合大工业生产。
Objective Explore the optimum extraction of Qishao Kangdu Keli. Methods By orthogonal experiments, to indicators of amount of dry extract yield and astragaloside, investigate the impact of add water, extraction time, the number of extraction, extraction temperature. Result Qishao Kangdu Keli optimum extraction process for the addition of water 10 times, 100℃boilling 3 times, every 2 hours. Conclusion The best process is stable, suitable for large-scale industrial production.
