Analysis and Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Ideological and Political Counselors' Job Burnout in Independent Colleges

独立学院已然成为中国高等教育的重要补充办学形式之一。独立学院的辅导员由于身份特殊除了完成普通本科院校辅导员的正常工作,还同时承担了工作环境、职业压力与社会认同等独立学院所特有的不稳定因素。[1]本文试图解析独立学院辅导员职业倦怠的现状并提出合理化建议以供参考。

The independent college has already become a com-plementary form of China＆#39;s higher education. Due to the particu-larity of their role, counselors in independent colleges should not only complete the ordinary work which is the same as that of counselors in common undergraduate colleges, but also shoulder some specific unstable factors of independent colleges, such as work environment, occupational pressure and social recognition. [1] This paper attempts to analyze the current situation of counselors＆#39; job burnout in independent colleges and propose some logical suggestions.
