摘要
很多民办高校目前存在一个普遍的问题:学生对理论课程不太感兴趣,上课的时候有的学生在偷偷地玩手机,有的睡觉。即使对他们的行为进行制止,不一会儿又恢复到原状了,这里面既有学生自身的因素,同时也需要教师能够对教学工作进行自我反思———如何让自己的课堂更有兴趣,如何"抓住"学生的眼球呢?
There is a common problem in many private universi-ties:students are not interested in theory courses, some students secretly play mobile phone, and some sleep in the class. Even their behavior being stopped, the situation will go back to the o-riginal soon. The writer thinks there are factors of students them-selves, but teachers' self-reflections on teaching are more need-ed-how to make the class more interesting, and how to"catch"students' attention.
