加强基层服务型党组织建设是十八大报告提出的马克思主义执政党的建设目标之一。针对目前基层党组织建设的成效和问题,可以通过服务理念、队伍建设、服务平台、评价体系、保障机制等途径有效推进基层服务型党组织建设。

Enhancing the construction of Party organizations ori-ented by grassroots service is one of the goals of the Marxist rul-ing Party construction proposed by the report of the 18th CPC National Congress. In view of the achievements and problems of the current grassroots Party organization construction, the con-struction of university Party organizations oriented by grassroots service can be effectively implemented through service concepts, team construction, service platforms, evaluation systems and guarantee mechanisms.
