关于新时期本科生担任助理班导师的几点思考

Reflections on Undergraduate Students' Appointment as Freshmen Assistants in the New Period

本文立足于新生助理班导师工作的实践,依托学生工作经验及学生干部经历,结合当前高校教育理论,从探讨新时期高校助理班导师的示范性和创新性等重要作用出发,找出高校助理班导师培养中存在的目的性、工作上和培训内容单一等问题,提出新时期高校助理班导师应从思想上、能力上和制度上等全面培养的途径和措施,特别是对当前助理班导师工作中存在的问题提出了针对性的解决方案。

Based on the practice of freshmen assistant affairs, re-lied on the experience of freshmen affairs and the student cadre experience, combined with the higher education theories, this paper studied the demonstration and innovation of freshmen as-sistants as an important role in universities, and found problems such as the pure purpose, and the single training contents. In the new period, superior ways and measures of comprehensive train-ing should be discussed from the aspects of thought, capacity and system, especially the solution projects of freshmen assistant af-fairs should be found.
