学生观是高校学生事务管理的认识起点,"以学生为本"是高校学生事务的核心。高校学生事务管理的现实境遇不是很理想,以"学生为中心",但未做到"以学生为本"。学生事务管理工作是一门科学,更是一门艺术。要提升高校学生事务管理实效,高校学生事务管理只有转变传统观念,坚持"以学生为本",确立符合大学生发展的工作理念。

The outlook on student is the starting point of the un-derstanding of college student affairs management, and ＆quot;stu-dent-orientation＆quot;is the core of college student affairs. The real-istic situation of college student affairs management is pes-simistic, as the real situation is merely taking students as the center, instead of orientation. Student affairs management is a science and an art as well. In order to improve the effectiveness of college student affairs management, the traditional concept should be transformed and the working concept suitable for col-lege students＆#39; development should be established based on＆quot;stu-dent-orientation＆quot;.
