当今社会,由于利益主体的多元化和利益矛盾的复杂性,人际关系呈现出复杂多变的特点。今天,"仁爱"不仅是孔子的哲学思想体系中的重要内容,也是社会主义核心价值体系的重要内容。"仁爱"强调以爱人之心作为人际关系的基础,包容人与人的差异,在尊重和体谅中积极寻求人与人的和谐。对中专生而言,只要我们都能将"仁爱"思想贯穿在人际交往中,活学活用,人际和谐就不再是一件难事,社会主义和谐社会的目标必将早日实现。

In the present society, due to the pluralism of interest groups and the complexity of interest conflicts, interpersonal re- lationships appear a complicated and changeable feature. Today, ＂kindheartedness＂ is not only an important content of Confucius philosophical thought system, but also an important content of the socialist core value system. ＂Kindheartedness＂ emphasizes on the heart of.loving others as the basis of interpersonal relationships, the containing of interpersonal differences and the active pursuit of interpersonal harmony in respect and understanding. For sec- ondary vocational school students, if the thought of ＂kindhearted- ness＂ is infiltrated into their interpersonal interaction and flexibly learned and used, interpersonal harmony will be no longer a bard problem and the socialist harmonious society will be realized soon.
