Exploration on Fitter Teaching Mode

随着机械加工技术飞速发展,高精度数控机床的出现,它越来越多地取代了钳工的部分工作,致使很多高校、老师和学生都忽视了钳工这个工种的必要性,继而使钳工教学停滞不前,教学质量越来越差,因此必须开创一种新的教学模式,以提高对钳工的认识和教学质量。

With the rapid development of mechanical processing technology and the emergence of high-precision CNC machine tools, they have more and more replaced part of fitters＇ work, re- suiting in the situation that many universities, teachers and stu- dents have ignored the necessity of fitters＇ work, thus making fit- ter teaching remain stagnant and teaching quality worse and worse, so a new teaching model must be created in order to im- prove the understanding and teaching quality of fitter.
