我国高职院校担负着为国家培养技术性人才的重任,但是在竞争非常激烈的当下,高职院校也出现了失业率较高的现象,学生在就业时竞争力不强。因此,高职院校在教学时就要注重对学生实践能力的培养,为企业培养应用型人才,实现学校的培养目标。所以,针对高职院校学生出现的竞争力不强的问题进行探讨,在当下就显得颇为重要。

In China, higher vocational colleges shoulder the im-portant task of cultivating technical talents for our country, but in the severe competitions, the unemployment rate of higher voca-tional college students is relatively high and their employment competitiveness is not strong. Therefore, in higher vocational teaching, the cultivation of students＆#39; practical ability should be attached to much importance, so as to cultivate applied talents for enterprises and realize the cultivation goals of colleges. So in this situation, it is quite important to explore the above problems.
