文化旅游创意产业视角下的产业链培育研究——以福建双坑村油画为例

Study on Cultivation of Industry Chain under Perspective of Creative Cultural Tourism Industry Take Shuangkeng Village as a Sample

近年来，旅游产业和文化创意产业不断融合，并日益发展壮大。文化旅游创意产业是文化旅游产业发展到一定阶段的必然产物。在新的发展环境下，文化旅游创意产业能为区域特定行业的产业链培育提供重要支撑。本研究以福建省双坑油画产业发展为例，探讨文化旅游创意产业视角下的产业链培育。在相关概念阐述和产业链结构分析的基础上，提出双坑油画产业链结构的基本设想和产业链培育的战略措施。对于产业基础薄弱、产业发展初见雏形的地区（特别是涉及农村发展的地区），如何在产业发展初期阶段对相关要素进行指导规划和构建，对于地区未来的产业发展至关重要．

In recent years, tourism industry has been constantly integrating with cultural creative industry and developing fast. The increasing prosperity of creative cultural tourism industry is inevitable as cultural tourism industry develops to a certain stage. In the new environment, creative cultural tourism industry will become a significant support for the cultivation of region- specific industry chain. The development of Shuangkeng＇s （in Gutian, Ningde） oil painting industry as an example, this paper discusses the cultivation of industry chain from the perspective of creative cultural tourism industry, and brings up a basic conception for the industrial chain structure of Shuangkeng＇s oil painting and some strategic measures to cultivate relevant industrial chains based on a clarification of some related concepts and analysis of industrial chain structure. As for the area where its industrial foundation is weak and its industrial cluster has just started to develop （especially places where rural development is involved）, how to plan and construct elements in the early phase of industrial development contributes greatly to the future development of regional industry.
