摘要
本文从分析影响旅游管理专业普通本科学生就业与考研的因素入手,探究了职业期望过高、职业理想缺失、实习安排不当、专业建设薄弱等根源性问题,针对这些问题,从三个方面提出了措施。社会方面,提倡敬业精神、改变职业认知、加强就业指导;学生方面,树立专业信仰、增加课外实习、丰富知识学习;学校方面,改变教学与实习模式、加强行业交流,实行帮学制度等。
Based on the analysis of the factors affecting employment and graduate examination of tourism management undergraduate students, this paper explores the root problems, such as too high career expectations, lack of career aspirations, improper practice arrangement, weakness of professional construction, Three aspects of measures are proposed to solve these problems. Society aspect, promote professionalism, change career cognition and strengthen employment guidance; Students, set up professional beliefs, increase the extracurricular practice, learning more knowledge; Schools, change the teaching and practice mode, increase the professional communication, implement transfer experience system.
