摘要
在全民休闲旅游需求日益旺盛、旅游业诸多弊端被公众诟病的背景下，《中华人民共和国旅游法》的实施将极大促进旅游业的可持续发展。伴随着新《旅游法》的正式实施，旅游业将迎来划时代意义的洗礼，新《旅游法》将规范旅游者、旅行社和景区等旅游利益主体的权利、责任、义务等，结合我国旅游业的实际情况可以判定，未来旅游业会呈现一种从“人制”向“法制”转变的趋向。
On April 25, 2013 by the tourism law of the People＇s Republic of China in the national tourism leisure tourism demand increasingly strong, many abuses by the public of today, will greatly promote the sustainable development of tourism. With the formal implementation of the new ＂Chinese Tourism Law＂, tourism industry will usher in the baptism of epoch-making significance. New ＂Chinese Tourism Law＂ will regulate the tourists, travel agencies and the scenic area tourist interest subjects of rights, responsibilities and obligations. Combined with the actual situation of China＇s tourism industry can determine that the future of tourism can present a shift trend from ＂rule by people＂ to ＂rule by law＂.
