摘要
基于功率单元串联的高压变频器有着节约能源和高功率因数等优点,在高耗能行业中广泛应用,但这类变频器普遍存在低速性能不佳等问题。将基于定子电流的模型参考自适应(MRAS)算法应用到单元串联高压变频器无速度传感器矢量控制系统当中,通过仿真和硬件平台上的实验验证了这种算法的电机转速估测精度较高,使高压变频器控制系统有了良好的低速性能和动静态性能。
Cascaded high-voltage inverter is widely used in high energy-consuming industry due to its energy saving and high power factor. However, there are some problems in the low speed stage of this high-voltage inverter. A novel model reference adaptive system (MP,.AS)-type rotor speed estimator based on stator current was applied to cascaded high-voltage inverter with sensorless vector control. Both simulation and the test on the hardware platform show that this novel rotor speed estimator has high estimation accuracy and could effectively improve the low speed performance, as well as the static and dynamic performance of the high-voltage inverter.
