主要介绍了近红外光谱技术的原理和特点,综述了近红外光谱技术在成品茶和茶鲜叶上的研究进展,分析了该技术在成品茶和茶鲜叶上应用的问题,重点展望了该技术在茶鲜叶上的应用前景。
The characteristics and eprinciples of near infrared spectroscopy were introduced.The advances on the application of near infrared spectroscopy in tea and fresh tea leaves were reviewed.The disadvantages were also analyzed when near infrared spectroscopy was used in tea and fresh tea leaves.Prospects for applying near infrared spectroscopy in fresh tea leaves are focused on.
