外引蚕豆种质资源鉴定与形态多样性

Identification and Morphological Diversity of Vicia faba L. Germplasm Imported

研究了10份外引蚕豆（Vicia faba L.）种质资源的生育期、子粒形态特征、主要农艺性状等.结果表明,埃塞俄比亚蚕豆种质资源具有较高的变异系数,为8.01％～55.80％,其中种皮光滑度和百粒重的变异系数最高,达55％以上,变异系数较小的是主茎节数（8.01％）和株高（8.99％）.4个质量性状中种皮光滑度的形态多样性指数最高,而15个数量性状中每果节荚数的形态多样性指数最高.

Growth period,morphological characteristics of seed and agronomic traits were studied from ten imported Vicia faba L.germplasm.The results showed that Vicia faba L.from Ethiopia had high variation coefficient ranged from 8.01％ to 55.80％.The largest coefficient of variation was found in seed surface and 100-seed weight,exceeding 55％.The lowest CV was found in the nodes number of the main stem（8.01％） and the plant height （8.99％）.The morphological diversity index of seed surface was the highest among 4 qualitative traits.The number of pods per fruiting node was the highest among 15 quantitative traits.
