一株鸽源C型产气荚膜梭菌的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of A Clostridium Perfringens Serotype C from Pigeon

从武汉某地拾到一只死亡的信鸽,剖检观察其病变疑似鸽坏死性肠炎,从其肠内容物中分离到1株细菌,对分离菌株进行形态观察、生化试验、细菌外膜蛋白基因的聚合酶链式反应(PCR)扩增的基因型鉴定及动物试验等,结果鉴定该分离菌株为C型产气荚膜梭菌(Clostridium perfringens)。

A bacterium was isolated from a dead homing pigeon in Wuhan suspected necrotic enteritis by anatomical observation.Based on the bacterium morphology,the results of the gram stain,bacteria growth requirements,biochemical properties,PCR amplifications of the outer membrane genes and animal inoculation tests,the isolated bacterium was identified as Clostridium perfringens serotype C.
