摘要
基于湖北农业龙头企业的调研数据,分析了湖北农业企业技术创新的现状及问题,借鉴湖南隆平高科技术创新的经验,从加大科技活动经费投入、加强科技人才队伍建设、整合优势科技资源和推进产学研合作力度四个方面提出了加快湖北农业企业技术创新的对策建议。
Based on the data surveyed from leading agricultural enterprises in Hubei,this paper analyzed the situation of technological innovation of agricultural enterprises.Taking the experiences of technological innovation of Yuan Long-ping High-Tech Agriculture Co.as a reference,strategies of accelerating the technological innovation of agricultural enterprises in Hubei including raising money for research,strengthening the construction of talent team,integrating the advantage resources of science and technology and promoting the cooperative efforts of industry-university-research institute were put forward.
