椎间孔镜辅助腰椎间盘突出症髓核摘除术的疗效 被引量：19

摘要 目的观察侧后路经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除、射频热凝纤维环成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法选择腰椎间盘突出症患者22例,经皮椎间盘造影证实诊断,采用侧后路经皮椎间孔镜下髓核、射频热凝纤维环成形术治疗。对患者术前,术后1周,术后1、2、3个月的腰腿痛行视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果 22例患者手术顺利。VAS评分:术前(6.22±0.99)分,术后1周(0.85±0.60)分,术后1个月(0.54±0.67)分,术后3个月(0.47±0.66)分,术后各时间点评分较术前明显降低(P<0.05);术后3个月评分较术后1周无明显反弹(P>0.05)。结论对于有适应证的腰椎间盘突出症患者采用经皮椎间孔镜手术治疗,可取得较好的手术疗效。
