国人性别与干眼发病关系荟萃分析

Meta-analysis of the relationship between gender and prevalence of dry eye in Chinese

目的从循证医学的角度评价性别与国人干眼发病的关系。方法应用Mata分析方法。采用Meta专用软件STATA11．0对第二军医大学附属长征医院眼科于2001年1月至2012年12月关于性别与国人干眼发病关系的临床研究进行荟萃分析。结果共有9项研究入选，分析结果显示，女性干眼发病率高于男性，优势比OR=1．51[95％C1（1．39-1．64），P〈0．01]，差异有统计学意义。结论性别是国人干眼发病的一个重要因素，其中女性较易发病。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between gender and the prevalence of dry eye syndrome in Chinese people by evidence-based evaluation. Methods Using Meta-analysis method, the researches invelving the relationship between gender and the prevalence of dry eye syndrome in Chinese people from 2000-2012 were analyzed by STATA II.0 software. Results The mete-analy- sis included 9 researches. The analytic result showed： There was statistical significant difference in prevalence between male and female （Female〉male： OR=l.51 （95% C11.39-1.64）, P 〈0.01. Conclusions Gender is one important factor of the prevalence of dry eye syndrome in Chinese, female is prone to dry eye syndrome.
