关节上腔对比关节下腔注射透明质酸治疗颞下颌关节病效果的Meta分析

摘要 目的系统评价关节上腔对比关节下腔注射透明质酸治疗颞下颌关节病的疗效。方法计算机检索Embase、Cochrane Library、pubmed、万方、维普等数据库,检索时间从1995年至2013年5月30日,查找有关关节上腔和关节下腔注射透明质酸治疗颞下颌关节病的随机对照试验(RCT),按纳入排除标准选择文献、提取资料和评价质量后,采用REVMAN软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入4个RCT,共514例患者。Meta分析结果显示,与关节上腔注射相比,关节下腔注射透明质酸更能降低患者的关节疼痛。结论与关节上腔注射相比,关节下腔注射透明质酸的效果更好,在临床上具有一定的应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of superior and inferior temporomandibular joint space injection of sodium Hyaluronate for temporomandibular disorders treatment. Methods Searching various databases such as Embase, Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Wanfang and Weipu etc. for papers on superior and inferior joint compartment injection of sodium Hyaluronate for temporoman- dibular arthrosis treatment RCT,which were published from 1995 to Dec. 16th,2011. After paper selection in accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria,data extraction and the quality evaluation,REVMAN software was used for Meta analysis. Results A total of 4 RCTs involving 514 patients were included. The Meta analysis showed that there was a significant reduction of TMJ pain in the inferior joint injection group compared with the superior joint injection group. Conclusions This study showed that inferior joint space injection of sodium hyaluronate is an effective way for temporomandibular arthrosis treatment,thus it has certain application value.
