糖尿病视网膜病变中内质网应激和HIF-1对VEGF的调控机制研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病严重的微血管并发症之一,可导致不可逆的失明,DR的基本病理改变是血-视网膜屏障破坏和新生血管形成,而血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是公认的最重要的眼内新生血管生长因子。近来研究发现,内质网应激(ERS)和低氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)能够调控VEGF的表达,共同促进DR的病程发展。该文就ERS和HIF-1对于VEGF的调控机制方面的研究进展进行综述。 Diabetic retinopathy is one of the most severe microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus, which can lead to irreversible blindness. The main pathological changes of DR are breakdown of blood-retinal barrier and neovascularization. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is considered to be the most important intraocular neovascularization factor. Recent researches show that endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) and hypoxia-inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) can regulate the expression of VEGF and advance the progress of diabetic retinopathy together. This paper reviews the latest advance of the regulation mechanism of ERS and HIF-1 to VEGF.
