妥洛特罗贴剂治疗婴幼儿哮喘的疗效观察

The therapeutic effect of tulobuterol patch in infantile asthma

目的:观察妥洛特罗贴剂在婴幼儿哮喘临床治疗中的效果。方法:将92例婴幼儿哮喘患者随机分为两组,治疗组(45例)和对照组(47例)。治疗组同时给予抗炎、止咳、化痰、平喘等基础治疗和妥洛特罗贴剂(阿米迪,0.5 mg/贴)治疗,对照组仅给予以上基础治疗,观察两组患儿临床效果。结果:治疗组的呼吸喘憋消失时间,肺部听诊喘鸣音消失时间,以及咳嗽和咳痰消失时间均较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妥洛特罗贴剂治疗婴幼儿哮喘疗效确切,能明显缩短病程,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of tulobuterol patch in infantile asthma. Methods： 92 infants with asthma were randomly divided into two groups, including 45 patients in treated group and 47 patients in control group. The patients in two groups were given routine treatments including anti-infection, relieving cough and asthma, resolving phlegm and so on. In addition, tulobuterol patch was used in treated group. The therapeutic effects in two groups were observed. Results： Compared with the control group, the duration of symptoms including airway resistance, wheezing rale, cough, and expectoration in the treated group was shortened,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The effective rate of the treated group was much higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tulobuterol patch was indeed effective for infantile asthma, reduced the process of disease, and deserved clinical popularization and application.
