两种全自动血沉仪检测结果的比较分析

Comparative analysis of different automated analyzers on detecting erythrocyte sedimentation rate

目的:通过对两台不同全自动血沉分析仪检测结果的比对,实现同一实验室不同仪器间检测结果的一致性。方法:随机抽取50例标本,分别用两台仪器检测血沉,对数据进行统计学分析。结果:两台仪器血沉检测结果的相关性欠佳(r=0.92),结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两台血沉仪检测结果不一致,应对仪器参数重新设定。

Objective： To compare the consistency of two different automated analyzers in detecting erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Methods： Fifty patients were selected randomly and detected erythrocyte sedimentation rate with two different automated erythrocyte sedimentation rate analyzer and in which the data were statistically analyzed and compared. Results： The consistency of two instruments was poor （r=0.92） in which the result of the existence was significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Two blood sedimentation instrument test results are not consistency in which the instrument parameters should be reseted.
