摘要
目的:研究对临床免疫检验质量有影响的因素,并根据研究结果,对其实施有针对性的控制对策。方法:将我院免疫实验室酶联免疫检测结果,与检验相关的影响因素,进行多重线性逐步回归分析。结果:试剂平衡时间、洗液更换情况、实验室温度及湿度、实验员素质、标本的质量均为影响检验结果的关键因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:影响临床免疫检验质量的因素较多,采用针对性对策进行控制可提高免疫检验质量。
Objective：To study factors of affecting the quality of clinical immunology testing and its implementation of targeted control strategies. Methods： Results of immunity laboratory ELISA in the hospital and factors associated with the test were carried out multiple linear regression analysis. Results： The reagent equilibration time, lotions replace, temperature and humidity, quality of laboratory assistant, laboratory specimen quality were key factors affecting the test result in which the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The factor affecting the quality of clinical immunology test ate more in which the use of targeted countermeasures can imorove immunity test quality control.
