摘要 以片状的SrTiO3(ST)粉体为模板晶粒,以固相法合成的掺杂Bi2O3的SrTiO3粉体为基体粉料,采用反应模板晶粒生长法(RTGG)结合流延成型工艺制备出SrTiO3织构陶瓷,研究了烧结工艺参数对SrTiO3织构陶瓷显微组织结构和介电性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:SrTiO3织构陶瓷的晶粒沿(100)晶面择优取向生长,陶瓷的织构度随着烧结温度的升高和保温时间的延长而增大,在1550℃下保温16 h的陶瓷试样织构度最大,达到0.56。SrTiO3织构陶瓷的介电常数随着织构度的增加而增大,并呈现出介电各向异性。 Textured SrTiO3 ceramics were prepared by reactive template grain growth (RTGG) technique combined with tape-casting process, in which plate-like particles of SrTiO3 (ST) were used as templates and Bi2O3 doped SrTiO3 particles prepared by solid state reaction method were used as matrix. The effect of sintering process parameters on the microstruetures and dielectric properties of textured SrTiO3 ceramics were investigated. The results show that the orientation of the grain grew along (100) plane in textured SrTiO3 ceramics. The texture fraction increased with increasing the sintering temperatures and the soaking times. Textured SrTiO3 ceramics with the maximum orientation degree of 0. 56 were achieved after sintering at 1550 ℃ for 16 h. The dielectric constant increased with increasing the texture fraction and showed anisotropie dielectric properties at the directions perpendicular and parallel to the tape-casting.
