摘要
在研究羟基磷灰石(HA)预处理温度对羟基和物相影响的基础上,探讨了后续碳酸化处理气氛和时间对碳酸根替代羟基的影响。用X射线衍射表征了粉体的物相组成,用碳硫元素分析仪和红外光谱表征了碳酸根替代的含量和类型。结果表明:随着预烧温度的提高,HA逐渐脱去羟基。在CO2气氛中进行后期热处理时,碳酸根能替代结构羟基,形成以A型替代为主的碳酸羟基磷灰石(CHA),残存羟基含量高的HA样品碳酸化效果好;气氛中的湿气能稳定羟基;碳酸根含量随碳酸化处理时间的延长呈渐近线变化。
Based on the research of the effect of pre-sintering temperature of hydroxyapatite on the hydroxyl and phase, the effects of the following carbonation treatment atmosphere and time on carbonate substitution were investigated. The phase composition of the powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction, and the content and type of the carbonate substitution were analyzed using carbon-sulfur elemental analysis and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, respectively. The results show that hydroxyapatite gradually releases its OH- with increasing the pre-sintering temperature. The carbonate ions can substitute the hydroxyl to form carbonated hydroxyapatite with prevalence to A-type substitution. Carbonation effect of bydroxyapatite improves with the residual hydroxyl content increses. Wet atmosphere can stabilize the hydroxyl and carbonate content increases with extending the treatment time in asymptote form.
