阿德福韦酯治疗活动性代偿期乙肝肝硬化疗效观察

The effect of adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of hepatitis B virus-related compensated cirrhosis

目的研究阿德福韦酯在治疗活动性代偿期乙肝肝硬化的疗效和安全性。方法选取2010年1月-2013年1月在湖北省咸宁市中心医院进行诊断治疗并且确诊为活动性代偿期乙肝肝硬化患者68例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组34例。对照组给予保肝降酶支持治疗,治疗组在采取保肝降酶支持治疗的同时给予阿德福韦酯10 mg/d进行口服。结果对照组和治疗组的疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效高于对照组。结论阿德福韦酯治疗活动性代偿期乙肝肝硬化具有一定的积极意义,可以有效改善患者的功能,不良反应少,并且价格低廉,具有极大的临床意义和应用前景。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and security of adefovir dipivoxil in treatment of the patients with hepatitis B virus （HBV）-related compensated cirrhosis. Methods 68 patients diagnosed HBV-related compensated cirrhosis from the Xianning Central Hospital were divided randomly into the control group （34 cases） and treatment group （34 cases）. The control group was given hepatoprotective support treatment. In addition to giving hepatoprotective support treatment, the treatment group was given adefovir dipivoxil （oral, 10 mg/d）, the clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared. Results There was significant difference in efficacy between the treatment group and control group （P 〈 0.05）, the treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil has certain posi- tive significance in the treatment of HBV-related compensated cirrhosis, which can effectively improve liver function of patients and cause less adverse reactions.So, adefovir dipivoxil has great clinical significance and application prospects in the treatment of HBV-related compensated cirrhosis.
