摘要
随着煤矿开采深度的增加,矿山压力逐渐增强,软岩巷道比例迅速增加,类似U型棚等可缩性支架被广泛的应用在该类巷道支护当中而成为主要的支护形式。基于ANSYS软件对不同结构的矿用U型棚进行分析,研究不同拱角和加底梁对U型棚位移、应力和应变的影响规律,从而得到了支护最优的U型棚设计方案。根据模拟优化结果,非封闭U型棚采用拱角30°的设计具有较好的强度和支护效果,封闭U型棚采用拱角15°的设计更有利于支护,这可为深部或软岩巷道U型棚支护提供一定的理论指导。
With the increase of mining depth, the mine pressure becomes stronger gradually, the proportion of soft rock roadway increases rapidly, the U-type shed is widely applied in roadway support and becomes the main form of support in such roadway. In this paper based on ANSYS numerical simulation software, according to the change of the displacement, stress and strain, the different arched U-type shed and the influence of the closed U-type shed' s rigidity enhancement for getting the design of U-type shed with respect to the best supporting stiffness were studied. Based on the results by simulation and optimization, for non dosed shed, the design with 30°arch angle is good in the roadway support; for closed one, the design with 15° arch angle is better in the roadway support. The result will pro- vide some theoretical guidance for the deep or soft rock roadway support.
