移植物抗宿主病的皮肤表现 被引量：2

摘要 移植物抗宿主病（graft-versus-host disease,GVHD）为异基因造血干细胞移植术后的一种自身免疫性疾病,可累及多器官.少数实质性器官移植也可能产生GVHD,如肝移植等.皮肤是GVHD最易受累的器官,对全身其他器官的排异反应有重要的预警作用.随着移植术的广泛开展,皮肤的移植物抗宿主病不断增多并呈多样化,有时皮肤损害常常作为GVHD的首发症状.熟悉GVHD的皮肤表现有助于GVHD的早期诊断和及时治疗,有助于改善患者预后.
