摘要
目的 探讨>60岁体检人群年龄、性别对血糖、血脂的影响,以及血糖、血脂异常对肝肾功能指标的影响.方法 对遂宁市镇江社区696例>60岁老人进行体检,检测其血糖、血脂及肝肾功能,将体检人群按年龄、性别分组,分析年龄、性别对血糖、血脂的影响以及血糖、血脂异常对肝肾功能指标的影响.结果 体检人群中,不同性别血糖血脂水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),≥80岁男性人群血糖异常率(3.33%)低于60~<70岁(16.94%)、70~<80岁(17.39%)男性人群;而胆固醇、LDL-C的异常率(33.33%,33.33%)则高于60~<70岁(19.30%,24.19%)、70~<80岁(15.22%,14.13%)人群.≥80岁女性人群胆固醇、LDL-C的异常率(23.08%,11.54%)低于60~<70岁(30.71%,25.73%)、70~<80岁(30.57%,23.57%)人群,>60岁男性人群中甘油三酯异常者ALT较正常者升高,LDL-C异常者AST较正常者升高,>60岁女性人群中血糖异常者ALT较正常者升高,甘油三酯异常者ALT较正常者升高.结论 不同年龄、性别其血糖、血脂水平表现出不同特点,血糖、血脂异常对肝功能会造成一定影响.
Objective To investigate the effect of age and sex on blood glucose and blood lipids, and the association between abnormal level of blood glucose and blood lipids and the level of alanine aminotransferase ( ALT), aspartate aminotransferase ( AST), and creatine. Methods The blood glucose, blood lipids, hepatic function, and kidney function were detected. The data were ana- lyzed in 696 residents who were divided into 6 groups according to the age and sex. Results No difference was found between the lev- els of blood glucose and blood lipids of the people of different sexes. The incidence of abnormal blood glucose in the male people over the age of 80 was lower than that in the people less than 80 years. In the same group, the incidence of abnormal cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) was higher in the male people over the age of 80 than that in the people less than 80 years. However, in female, the incidence of abnormal cholesterol and LDL-C was lower in the male people over the age of 80 than that in the people less than 80 years. In the male people with abnormal level of glycerin trilaurate, the level of ALT was higher than that in normal group. In the male people with abnormal level of LDL-C, the level of AST was higher than that in normal group. In the female people with abnormal level of serum glucose or glycerin trilaurate, the level of ALT was higher than that in normal group. Conclusions Dif- ferent characteristics were found between different groups of ages and sexes. Abnormal level of blood glucose and lipids could affect the hepatic function.
