TLR-9在细菌DNA诱导小鼠心肌炎症反应中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨Toll样受体9(TLR-9)及其致病性配体(即细菌DNA CpG-ODN)在脓毒症小鼠心肌炎症反应中的作用.方法 使用人工合成的细菌DNA(CpG-ODN),分别作用于野生型(WT,C57BL/6)及TLR-9缺陷(TLR9-D)的小鼠,测定不同时间点心肌及血浆炎症标志物:肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素IL-1β及IL-6.结果 在野生型小鼠,CpG-ODN导致心脏及全身发生严重炎症反应,表现为心肌及血浆TNF-α、IL-1β,IL-6的水平显著升高;而TLR9-D小鼠未出现这种炎症反应.结论 细菌DNA(CpG-ODN)通过TLR-9的介导,导致心肌炎性反应及细胞因子的生产.
