肺部韦格纳肉芽肿的多样性CT表现 被引量：3

摘要 目的 分析肺部韦格纳肉芽肿（pulmonary Wegener＆#39;s granulomatosis,PWG）的影像特点以期提高本病的诊断水平.方法对15例经临床及病理证实的韦格纳肉芽肿患者的肺部CT表现进行回顾性分析.结果 15例中表现为多发结节11例,伴有坏死性空洞8例;斑片状浸润灶5例,其中4例合并肺内结节,2例合并两肺间质性改变;单发肿块2例;气管、支气管受累变窄3例;胸腔积液7例;纵隔淋巴结肿大2例.增强扫描大部分结节表现为轻中度周边强化.结论 PWG影像表现多样,两肺多发结节是本病最常见、最主要影像表现,病变多发、散在、多种征象并存、易反复是PWG的特点.
